Hello and Welcome... My name is Chad Fisher, Certified Residential & Commercial Inspector and Owner of Fisher Home Inspections, LLC.

We are based in Genesee County Michigan and have completed thousands of inspections from the U.P. to the Ohio border and from Grand Haven to Port Huron. I myself have been in some type of the construction trades since I could say hammer. Some of my family has been involved in the construction trades for decades such as a current local General Contractor and my grandfather was a custom home builder for over 65 years. His clients would wait for up to 2 years for him to build them a home. That's where it all started. I have done everything from the roof down to the basement when it comes to building or remodeling. Vinyl Siding, tile work, kitchens, baths, rough framing, finished carpentry, decks, garages, roofing... you get the idea.
